Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy protocols

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders affecting school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to identify speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs
- Document and track progress toward therapy goals and maintain accurate records
- Consult with educators and parents to support student success within the classroom
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and indirect services in group and one-on-one settings
- Adapt therapy approaches to suit varied grade levels and learning styles
