Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
  • Lead therapy sessions focused on advancing speech and language goals
  • Monitor and thoroughly document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
  • Coordinate actively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
  • Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process, building supportive relationships
