Help support students’ success by providing life-changing speech and language services in a dynamic school-based contract role near Richmond, CA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students K-12
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assisting in creating IEPs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborating regularly with teachers, school staff, and families for coordinated support
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Providing intervention and resources for a diverse caseload of communication disorders
  • Engaging in IEP meetings and progress reporting

Candidates should bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CA state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong new grads are welcome
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing documentation requirements
