Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication and organization skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students referred by educators and support staff
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address identified needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Track and document student progress, maintaining thorough and timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
