Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students K-12
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assisting in creating IEPs tailored to student needs
- Collaborating regularly with teachers, school staff, and families for coordinated support
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Providing intervention and resources for a diverse caseload of communication disorders
- Engaging in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Candidates should bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CA state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong new grads are welcome
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing documentation requirements
