Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a rewarding, full-time contract role supporting PreK and Kindergarten students near the Richmond, IN area! You’ll play a vital part in helping young learners develop essential communication skills, working directly onsite with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students.

This position is perfect for a compassionate SLP who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and enjoys making a difference in early childhood education. You’ll work within a collaborative school environment from August 3, 2026, through May 24, 2027, fostering growth and progress in each student you serve. Please note: All work must be performed onsite—virtual services are not permitted for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and a current CCC certification
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, specifically PreK-K, is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and student-centered practices
  • Must be comfortable working solely in-person; virtual options are not available

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in PreK and Kindergarten
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
  • Support and guide families in understanding and reinforcing therapy goals at home
  • Contribute positively to a nurturing and inclusive school culture
