Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, serving a vibrant student population for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position is located just outside Richmond, TX, with easy access from Katy—approximately 30 minutes west of Houston. The position is open to clinicians holding their CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY) eager to dive into a dynamic educational setting.

As an integral member of a dedicated school team, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication skills. While the focus is on full-time work, candidates available for 2, 3, or 4 full onsite days per week are also encouraged to apply. Please note, partial days or remote work are not possible, and the position encompasses a broad SLP caseload rather than being limited to assessments or supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license for Texas and either CCC or eligibility for CFY
  • At least one year of pediatric SLP experience required
  • Prior work in public schools strongly preferred
  • Skilled at engaging and supporting K-12 students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and multidisciplinary teamwork
