School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Richmond, Texas

This contract role is ideal for skilled professionals interested in working the full academic year, from July 30, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP or SLPA license required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC) required for SLPs.
• School-based experience and familiarity with IEP development strongly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students within the K-12 setting.
• Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely records consistent with district and state guidelines.
• Consult with teachers and families to support carryover of strategies and facilitate student progress.
• Participate in professional development, supervision, and compliance activities as requested.
