Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, TX

Make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills. We are searching for two experienced, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to provide essential support across elementary campuses. This is a full-time, onsite contract position with a vibrant school community, lasting through early June 2027. You’ll be part of a collaborative educational team, working directly with students who will benefit from your bilingual (English/Spanish) expertise and commitment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Hold a current Texas Speech Language Pathologist state license (CCC required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to provide bilingual services
• Minimum of one year of prior experience as an SLP in a school setting, with exposure to elementary age groups
• Self-contained classroom experience is a plus
• Proven ability to create and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary grades, maintaining a student-focused approach
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor student goals, and document progress effectively
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families on student needs and successes
• Support students in both general and self-contained classroom settings
• Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology, especially for bilingual/ELL learners
