Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working in schools essential
  • Flexibility to work onsite across multiple locations
  • Experience in self-contained classroom settings preferred
  • Early childhood center experience highly valued
  • No requirements for an educator credential
  • Must be able to work exclusively on-site (no teleservices)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and manage required documentation for IEPs
  • Rotate between assigned campuses (elementary or secondary) as needed
  • Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Flex your skills in diverse settings, adapting to both general education and specialized (self-contained) classrooms
