Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Richmond, TX

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in educational or school settings highly desirable
• Prior supervision of SLPAs or support staff is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule, including at least one remote workday weekly

Role Overview:

• Provide assessment and therapy to students with communication needs in a school-based setting
• Manage a diverse workload across 2–3 schools while being based at the central office
• Employ evidence-based practices aligned with a workload model
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Utilize flexible scheduling options, including guaranteed remote workdays and potential for additional remote time
