Qualifications & Expertise:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued
• Ability to conduct assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy
• Effective communication skills for working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities within the school setting
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative support, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records as required
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to a positive educational experience for students
