Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, sessions, and progress
- Consult with educators and families to support students’ communication goals in the classroom and at home
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required by the district
