Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, VA

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across a diverse range of grade levels within a school setting. This role involves working with mixed caseloads from kindergarten through 12th grade during the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires dedication to enhancing students' communication abilities through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies for a mixed K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels, ideally K-12
• Strong understanding of evidence-based speech and language therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
