Qualifications & Skills:
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs through evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in group or individual sessions
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports
- Consult with educators and parents to support student success in the classroom
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help develop student goals
- Stay up to date with best practices and relevant professional standards
