Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings is highly valued
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs through evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in group or individual sessions
  • Track progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports
  • Consult with educators and parents to support student success in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help develop student goals
  • Stay up to date with best practices and relevant professional standards
