Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students requiring intervention
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP and parent meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students’ needs
