We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school-based team near Richmond for the 2026–2027 school year!

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who’s passionate about helping students improve communication skills, build confidence, and succeed academically in a collaborative school environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students

• Conduct evaluations and develop/implement IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff

• Track progress and support student communication growth

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia SLP license

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
