Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Strong candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Solid knowledge of speech and language disorders, and effective intervention strategies across all age ranges

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, adapting approaches to engage diverse student populations
  • Actively collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to embed communication objectives into daily classroom routines
  • Keep thorough, compliant records and clearly communicate student progress according to school and state guidelines

Compensation for this role ranges from $48/hour for Clinical Fellows to $64/hour for SLPs with CCC certification. Qualified professionals may also be eligible for comprehensive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full healthcare benefits details are available upon request.
