Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs required
• Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with elementary-age children
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and caregivers
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Commitment to student-centered, inclusive support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language pathology services to an elementary caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to support student development
• Maintain required records and meet compliance deadlines
