Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs required
- Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with elementary-age children
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and caregivers
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Commitment to student-centered, inclusive support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language pathology services to an elementary caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to support student development
- Maintain required records and meet compliance deadlines
