Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a schools-based setting is preferred
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and services rendered
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with developments in the field
