A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year to support students from elementary through high school levels. This position is based onsite in Ridgefield, WA, serving a school community with a diverse range of mild to severe disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the academic year
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State Certification as an SLP
  • Experience working in school settings across various grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school
  • Ability to support a wide range of disabilities, tailoring interventions to student needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with educators and families

Work Schedule and Environment:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 7 hours per day, onsite presence required
