Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience supporting K-12 students with communication disorders, fluency, articulation, or language needs
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting, both individually and in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Consult with educators and families to support students’ progress and advocate for necessary resources
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements
