Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP license
- ASHA Certification (or eligibility for CFYs)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Knowledge across the spectrum of SLP services including healthcare, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Willingness to support diverse caseloads (caseload specifics to be determined)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
- Open to applicants who enjoy working in a hybrid (in-person/remote) environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across three school campuses
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to implement effective therapy strategies
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Support students in reaching their fullest potential through tailored interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt services for both in-person and remote delivery as needed
