Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
  • Background in school-based or healthcare SLP preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in educational environments
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, especially when managing varied caseloads
  • Willingness to travel between multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Support teachers and families by sharing strategies and resources for communication development
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Embrace opportunities for hybrid (on-site/remote) services as needed
