Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado Teaching License (CDE)
  • SLP endorsement required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a K-12 caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district policies
  • Adapt services and approaches as needed for changing caseloads and student needs

This contract runs from August through early June, with the possibility for future extensions. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and will keep you engaged and challenged in a supportive school community.
