Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP-CCC certification required
- Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven proficiency in school-based SLP services, including IEP development and progress monitoring
- Comfortable delivering therapy onsite and in virtual/teletherapy formats
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Experience with a range of ages and communication disorders within a school setting is highly desirable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
