  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to design engaging, individualized therapy plans for adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle and high school students, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on students’ IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student development and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
