- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to design engaging, individualized therapy plans for adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle and high school students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student development and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
