Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure appropriate for school-based practice
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Experience or strong interest working with diverse student populations in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Document progress toward IEP goals, and maintain detailed records as required
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
• Provide both individual and group therapy tailored to student needs
