Requirements for SLP-CCC candidates:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active state license as an SLP
• Prior experience supporting students in a school setting
• Proficiency with a wide range of disabilities

Requirements for SLPA candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication Disorders
• SLPA certification (or proof of application)
• School-based experience preferred

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
• Documenting assessments, progress notes, and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
