As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC, you'll work with dedicated educators and staff to develop, implement, and monitor individualized learning plans, ensuring students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Demonstrated experience working in educational settings, preferably with K-12 students
  • Familiarity with evaluation tools and speech-language interventions appropriate for school-aged learners
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to plan and manage a varied caseload effectively
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy, adjusting interventions based on progress and student feedback
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide in-service training and resources to school staff as needed
