Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience within schools or pediatrics is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments per IEP requirements
  • Develop and deliver engaging therapy sessions that address individual student needs
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Manage required documentation, progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and adapt to new strategies or technologies as needed
