Begin an exciting chapter as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving young learners between 18 months and 6 years of age for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity, starting August 3, 2026, and concluding June 4, 2027, involves collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals to provide life-changing speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 40 students near Albuquerque, NM.

In this vital role, you’ll support early childhood development, working in a dynamic educational environment focused on fostering each child’s ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with children ages 18 months to 6 years preferred
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies for speech and language development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services tailored to young children in an educational setting
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and educators
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of interventions, assessments, and progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
