This dynamic role focuses on providing specialized speech and language services in a supportive educational environment, including individualized 1:1 support as well as group settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience delivering services in school settings is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working across multiple grade levels (K–12), with the flexibility to adapt interventions for varying developmental stages
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling positive partnerships with teachers, families, and educational staff
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible communication for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades K–12, including 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support IEP goals and generalize skills across academic environments
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates for meetings and parent communications
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
