Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience delivering services in school settings is highly preferred
- Comfortable working across multiple grade levels (K–12), with the flexibility to adapt interventions for varying developmental stages
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling positive partnerships with teachers, families, and educational staff
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible communication for all students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades K–12, including 1:1 and small group interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support IEP goals and generalize skills across academic environments
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates for meetings and parent communications
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
