Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or the ability to obtain it for New Mexico
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with school-age children is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation on students’ progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
