Qualifications:

  • Valid (or eligibility to obtain) NM RLD license and NMPED license
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Open to both fully licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Ability to work full-time (1.0 FTE/approx. 37.5 hours per week)
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy services to elementary and secondary students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
