Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children or in school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a small caseload efficiently
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech-language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy to students based on individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
  • Participating in IEP meetings and offering professional input on students’ speech-language needs
