Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to delivering evidence-based, student-focused services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide direct and consultative services according to students’ IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
