What’s needed for success:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure in California (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with healthcare and educational documentation systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort and competence conducting onsite, in-person therapy

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school standards
  • Deliver direct intervention and support in a vibrant, onsite education environment (no virtual services)
