Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language challenges
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
• Leading engaging therapy sessions to address communication goals
• Monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborating regularly with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure seamless, coordinated care
• Providing guidance and support for families to help foster progress at home

Qualifications and desired expertise:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, organization, and teamwork
• Capable of both independent practice and effective collaboration within a school team
