Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Active California SLP License
- Certificate of Clearance (COC)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in school-based settings is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to address a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success across academic settings
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development initiatives
