Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Active California SLP License
• Certificate of Clearance (COC)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in school-based settings is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to address a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success across academic settings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development initiatives
