Discover a rewarding contract opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds their CCC, seeking to make a direct impact in a school-based setting. Focus your expertise on supporting students across both middle and high school levels, with an average caseload of 55 students facing mild to moderate challenges. You’ll work in-person, splitting your week between two supportive campuses, with the advantage of having a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assigned to each site on select days.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC credential
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged students
  • Ability to manage and balance a split caseload between middle and high school populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary educational environments
  • Familiarity with evaluation, intervention, and documentation for mild to moderate needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy for students in both middle and high school settings
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and communication with staff and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs on assigned days to ensure quality service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
