Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to make an impact working with students in a K-12 setting for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to support student growth and success through evidence-based speech and language therapy in a vibrant school environment near Riverside, CA.
As the Speech Language Pathologist, you will join a supportive and collaborative school team focused on fostering communication skills, social development, and academic achievement in students with diverse needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid CCC-SLP or CFY; open to candidates working toward certification
- California SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Proficient with IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized or small group therapy to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Support students with varied speech, language, and communication challenges
- Consult with educators, administrators, and family members to promote student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
