Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development
• Closely track and document students’ progress toward their goals
• Collaborate actively with teachers, occupational therapists, counselors, and other professionals
• Involve and guide families throughout the therapy process, fostering positive partnerships

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
• Must hold or be eligible for active state license as approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
