Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication skills in a school-based setting near Riverside, CA. We’re seeking a dedicated, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (with CCC) for a contract assignment working full-time, 35 hours per week. You’ll be instrumental in helping students achieve their full potential, with a focus on providing bilingual assessments and collaborating closely with a motivated multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Fluency in a second language (bilingual) is essential
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or with teletherapy strongly preferred
- Comfortable conducting bilingual speech/language assessments
- Ability to supervise or assist SLPs, including support with CFY responsibilities
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct bilingual speech/language evaluations and write detailed, actionable reports
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
- Offer guidance and mentoring support as needed for CFY and less experienced SLPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise for tailored educational interventions
- Embrace teletherapy technology and in-person service models, as required
