Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract Duration: 2026–2027 School Year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Riverside, California area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
