As part of this role, you’ll empower students by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that help maximize each child’s learning potential.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and hearing screenings/evaluations.
- Develop, document, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students on assigned caseload (details forthcoming).
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement.
- Maintain clear, timely records and participate in IEP meetings.
- Offer consultation and training for teachers and support staff as needed.
