Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state license (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed.
  • Experience or interest in working within school settings and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations across a K-12 caseload.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective intervention strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the special education team.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy for student communication needs within the school environment.
