This full-time, on-site contract position welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials, Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and those with school-based SLP experience. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP licensure (or pending, if a recent graduate)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to working on-site throughout the contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students as indicated by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment for all learners
