What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with state/district standards
  • Take part in IEP and student support meetings

You’ll Need:

  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
