Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Open to SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for PreK–12 students
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services onsite
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district/state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
