Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for or possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain) for North Carolina
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement IEPs in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and data for progress monitoring
- Focus solely on contracted hours—no additional non-therapy duties required
