Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in small group and individual formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
