Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational environment is strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services in small group and individual formats
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
