Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
- Prior experience supporting elementary or pediatric populations is highly desired
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for students in grades K–5
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress reports
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families to reinforce communication strategies in the classroom and at home
