Key Qualifications:
• Active or eligible SLP state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adjust to changing student needs

Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Address a caseload of approximately 50-60, with potential for higher numbers
• Provide services across the elementary school population, tailoring interventions to support diverse needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
