Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
  • Eligible for licensure in the state as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
  • Proficient in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and consulting with educational teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), documenting student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic support for each child
  • Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
